Yes, I had to do this with a number of my site collections. I have found another odd issue... I am the term store admin. I can view and administer the term store in Central Admin (via rdp) However, when I click on Term Store Management in any of my site collections. I see the term store but no terms or groups are displayed - weird as this has been working fine before.

Had this problem today after m/s updates were applied. I managed to use the script above and worked a treat for several databases. Two of the databases had more significant corruption so I had to restore from back up, but this script helped loads, so thanks for posting it.
